All delivery times are estimates. Lavish Mink Lash is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.

United States Postal Service (USPS)

USPS is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped via USPS.

 

How do I cancel an order?

All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to be edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been submitted. Once you have received your items, you may send them back for a refund as long as they are unopened and unused and you email info@lavishminklash.com before order is received.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

My tracking number is not showing any information.

Tracking is emailed to you the moment your order ships. However, USPS does not update tracking for 24-48 hours after the initial scan of your shipment. We ask that you check back in 48 hours. If you still do not see tracking information please contact one of our Lash Experts at info@lavishminklash.com.

 

Do you offer exchanges and returns?

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our product we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of receipt of damaged products. If you receive a damaged item please immediately send us a picture of your shipment box as well as the items that arrived damaged at info@lavishminklash.com.

 

If an item may be considered defective, please email info@lillylashes.com indicating your Name, Order Number, and A Photo of The Product. Defective items need to be addressed within 30 days from the day of purchased. If the product is deemed defective by lavishminklash.com, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.

Customers are responsible for the return-shipping fee, and it is not refundable. All returns should be shipped at: Lavish Mink Lash, 3628 Satellite Boulevard unit 957315, Duluth, GA 30095. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order. Please note, we only accept returns from lillylashes.com orders.In case delay, lost or stolen packages, please fill out a claim at USPS.com so USPS may try to locate your order as soon as possible. Once a claim has been filed please send us the claim information and we will wait on the results of the claim before proceeding forward.

Processing time is 1-2 business days for regular orders and for Rush Handling order 24 hrs. All orders placed Fridays after 2 pm or during the weekend or Holiday will be processed the next business day.

BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, we reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
